Product Delivery Model

Enable Info Tech is a company that is committed to deliver leading-edge software products at an affordable price. We are able to achieve this through our innovative off-shore/on-site global product delivery model.
 
Our off-shore/on-site product development model offers on-shore local support by our Canadian team, while certain modules of the project are programmed by our own off-shore programmers. By tapping into a diverse talent and economics off-shore, we are able to pass on the cost saving to our clients without compromising quality or support. At no stage will our clients deal with our off-shore office. The client will always deal with our Canadian office team
 
On-Site: 
Project Scope and Requirements gathering - The Relationship Manager meets with the customer in person and discusses the product scope and gathers the requirements needed to design the product. Project planning, analysis, scope, costing and coordination steps are completed.
 
User Acceptance- When the product is nearing completion, or during certain key stages, a demo (beta) version of the software is released to the client. This allows the client to view the "building blocks" of the product and provide constructive feedback about the product. Minor changes to the product are welcome even at this stage. This feedback is communicated back to our off-shore team
 
Maintenance and Support - When the product is deployed at the client location, all support and maintenance is provided by our Canadian team. Please note that at no time will the client have to communicate with any of our off-shore team member.

Off-Shore
:
The details of the project are communicated to our off-shore Development Centers. Our onshore and offshore teams start to coordinate and work on the project together. Depending on the nature of the project, we will choose the appropriate Enable off-shore Development Centre, since each Centre is equipped and designed for specific development tasks. Our Development Centers consist of:
  • Quality Controllers - Team members who continually test the upcoming products and point out their shortcomings
  • Project Coordinator - Responsible for ensuring that deadlines and milestones are being met, while managing the project critical path and budget
  • Team Leader - Responsible for leading the project and assigning tasks to the developers
  • Entity Manager - Responsible for maintaining the project and delivering the product to Enable Canada
  • Developers - featuring a pool of brilliant and experienced technical experts
